The tobacco industry spends more than $12.4 billion per year - over $34.1 million a day - marketing its deadly products in the U.S. alone, much of this reaching kids. At this rate, the companies have spent $11,133,359,781  so far this year.

Do you have an example of tobacco advertising you'd like to share with the world? The Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids' Ad Gallery carries tobacco advertising from around the world, and we're always looking for new items. We post images of magazine and newspaper ads, billboards, store advertising, tobacco-branded merchandise, and anything else used to market tobacco products.

If you have images you'd like to share with our website, here's what to do: send a hard copy or a digital image to us, with the following information:

1. The country the image or item is from.
2. The type of image or item it is (magazine advertisement, billboard, merchandise, etc.).
3. The date of the item: if it's a magazine or newspaper ad, what date was it published? If it's a photo of an advertisement or an event, what day was the photo taken?
4. The brand the advertisement or item represents.
5. If the advertisement is in a language other than English, please enclose a translation of any text that may appear on the ad.
6. How you'd like to be credited (individual name or organization)

Hard copies of ads or photographs, in good condition, should be sent to:

If you need the original images returned to you, please mention this in your note.

Digital images of ads or photographs must be of good quality, and appropriate for screen reproduction. They must be at least 72 dpi, 600 x 400 pixels. You can also send images of higher resolution. Email digital images to: adgallery@tobaccofreekids.org

We can't guarantee that we'll use every ad we're sent, but if you give us all the information we need and send us good quality images, chances are you'll see your contributions on our website!
